Unlike other calibrated coffee tampers, the MHW-3BOMBER has a unique "click" when you reach 30lbs, eliminating any doubts about the pressure applied. Say goodbye to the confusion of wondering if you've tamped with the correct pressure and when to stop.

Enhancing the extraction process, the tamper features a double-layer filter screen with 11848 mesh and a precision of 0.18mm. Its uniform distribution of filter holes effectively diverts the flow and improves the extraction's uniformity.

Crafted with precision, the puck screen has a thickness of 0.8mm, making it thinner than regular screens. This eliminates the need to reduce the amount of powder to compensate. However, we advise against using the puck screen if your brewing head has internal screws.

Designed to perfectly fit 58mm portafilters, the tamper's base has a diameter of 58.35mm. This ensures a better fit between the tamper and the portafilter basket, reducing the residue left on the basket's edge. Compatible with most 58mm coffee machine portafilters on the market, including Breville, DeLonghi, Gaggia, La Marzocco, Saeco, Ascaso, and more.
